PM Shahbaz Sharif said ''We Will Leave the Government on Completion of Tenure''


During a press conference held in Lahore, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan made a significant declaration. He announced his intention to resign from his position when his term concludes. Sharif emphasized that, as per the constitution, it is the responsibility of the Election Commission to declare and conduct elections. He expressed his readiness to fully cooperate if someone else is granted the opportunity to lead through the electoral process. Underscoring the importance of unity, he asserted that Pakistan would be capable of progressing and developing if the nation unites.

Additionally, the Prime Minister addressed the issue of inflation, stating that the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) would not immediately alleviate inflation. He stressed the necessity for realistic expectations and acknowledged that denying the existence of inflation is a form of self-deception.
